What this website stores
The enquiry form stores your name, email, phone number if you give one, and your message. We use that only to reply. We do not sell enquiry details.
What the applications store
An application stores the account you create and the activity that application needs, such as a hymn library, a budget, or a mobile-money payment. A payment record includes the application it came from, the amount, the phone number that paid, the status (pending, successful, or failed), and the time from the request until the result.
Who can see it
Office staff of Salaam Tech Digital can see enquiries and payment records for support and accounting. Each application's own administrators see that application's records. A payment from one application is not shown inside another application.
How long we keep it
We keep payment records for accounting and dispute handling. You can ask us to correct an enquiry or to close an application account by emailing msinyani3@gmail.com.
